Currently, as Director of Channel Business Brand Management at Grainger, Probst plays an instrumental role in developing positioning and sales programs to drive the business-to-business organization. Her work unifies sales, marketing, and communications teams around telling strong brand stories through enablement and sales action.
In her past roles, Probst spent over a decade at Accenture as an Integrated Marketing Communications Manager, creating and maintaining brand identity for the global brand through strategic planning, campaign management, and content development. During her tenure as the Educational Outreach Manager at Northwestern University’s International Institute for Nanotechnology, she developed and promoted innovative programming and curriculum, offering crucial training and support to community leaders, such as teachers, students, and professionals.

Her Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University laid a strong foundation for her career, and her active learning attitude keeps her on the cutting edge of her field.
