Founder Laura Barnard embarked on a professional journey rich in leadership and branding across global iconic brands. Yet, it was the personal journey of overcoming stereotypes, breaking through barriers, and recognizing the lack of representation in leadership that ignited the fire to build a team of equity-minded leaders to help shift the leadership landscape.
Authored by BREAKTHRU’s founder Laura Barnard, her new book aims to elevate authentic leadership. Through her proprietary concept of ‘Leadership Types,’ leaders can explore 12 inclusive leadership styles that form the foundation of BREAKTHRU’s work, while receiving recommendations on how to best connect and communicate.
