Andrea is a resilient Principal, CEO, Advisor, Lawyer, and Founder with close to 20 years experience paving the way for women and minorities in the financial services and technology industries.
As the Founder and Principal of Mosaic 62 Group, a Fintech company, as well as the Founder and CEO of The 1972 Project, a nonprofit organization focused on gender and racial equality in the workforce, Andrea is a magnetic leader who infuses creative, inclusion solutions into traditional industries and workplaces.
With a B.A. from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from New York University of Law, Andrea began her career as an Associate Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP, and spent nearly a decade as Senior Vice President, Senior Counsel at Pacific Investment Company (PIMCO).

Committed to this mission, Andrea recently became a Founding Member of CHIEF, a private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders through mentorship, coaching, and peer access to other professional women. On a mission to make an impact, Andrea is always open to thought-leadership, mentorship, and additional advisory roles where her contagious energy and can-do attitude can continue to inspire others.
