Anysa Holder is a bilingual executive, award-winning social changemaker, and board member who is advancing good. Holder has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, and she leverages her expertise by challenging organizations to be intentional about their brands, the communities they serve, and their overall strategies.
Notably, Holder has been recognized as one of New Jersey’s Top 40 under 40 recipients for innovation in the field. She has also received ASTRA awards from the New Jersey Communications, Advertising, and Marketing Association (NJCAMA), as well as the Clark J. Paradise Meritorious Award for her exemplary leadership.
Holder’s enlightening influence spans national nonprofit organizations like Easterseals, several board committees, and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which shaped her impression of societal change.
Currently Chief Advancement Officer at Easterseals – New Jersey, Holder bridges gaps by advocating for those with disabilities, promoting DEI strategies, and guiding individuals to build more sustainable, inclusive cultures. Holder plays a major role in branding and strategic direction, and as an industry thought leader, she consults organizations, builds effective teams, creates solutions, and compels execution.
As a board member, Holder takes action to progress causes and BIPOC communities. She encouraged arts education for inner city youth at Artistic Noise and currently impacts insightful perspectives through mental healthcare education and resources at the REACH Institute.
Holder’s inquisitive, synthesizing nature unlocks clarity for others, expanding perspectives that enhance how people work, play, live, and evolve. Her marketing strategies are evolutions of her own ability to seek understanding and get to the root of the “why” in order to determine the “how” and “what’s next.”
This NYU alum credits her multicultural African American/Latin/Caribbean heritage for the imprint and trajectory of her work. Through her open-mindedness and altruistic lens, Holder inspires others to be actively engaged in driving progress forward for the greater good.
