Prior to BirdieBox, she had over a decade of experience in consumer engagement through sports, entertainment, and corporate partnerships. She led Sales and Marketing at Panasonic North America, where she was pivotal in enhancing sensory solutions in sports and entertainment. Her tenure at the Dallas Stars and Camelot Sports and Entertainment showcased her capability to manage and expand corporate partnerships, while her foundational roles at InStadium laid the groundwork for her expertise in operational and client service excellence.
Dunlap’s leadership extends to philanthropic efforts, exemplified during her time with Susan G. Komen, where she stabilized and elevated The 3-Day national program, raising over $20M for community funding and research each year. Her passion also lead her to support Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where her strategic initiatives led to her recognition as the 2022 Dallas Woman of the Year. Her commitment to societal betterment is further evidenced by her influential role on Baylor Scott & White’s Women’s Council, where she is Co-Chair to developing local programming tailored to the specific health benefits of women in the area, and Baylor University’s S3 Advisory Board, where she champions transparency, accountability, and trust in emerging leaders.
