Dr. Robin Vora is a practicing Cataract Surgeon and Medical Retina Specialist, Healthcare Innovator, and active Advisor with 18 years of expertise leading the healthcare industry. For over a decade, Dr. Vora has shaped the future of eye care in Northern California. As Co-Chair of Ophthalmology for The Permanente Medical Group, he leads the mission of ensuring that 4.3 million Kaiser Permanente members benefit from the pinnacle of clinical and surgical eye care from the 250-ophthalmologist network. 

He also acts as the Chief of the Department of Ophthalmology in East Bay, where he directly oversees 20 ophthalmologists, 25 optometrists, and 100 staff members on the Oakland and Richmond campuses. His depth of expertise as a Medical Retina Specialist and Cataract Surgeon is evident in his comprehensive approach to treatment, combined with a dedication to continuous learning and adaptation.

Academically, Dr. Vora is a Cornell University alumnus, holding a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and an MD from Weill Cornell Medicine. He furthered his studies at UC Berkeley Extension, achieving a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning.
