Jenny Dairyko

Jenny Dairyko’s 20+ year career is driven by a strong belief in the intrinsic value of people. With extensive global experience in consumer-centric industries, she is a celebrated Human Resources Senior Executive specializing in change management, organizational design, people engagement, and organizational optimization. As a People Operations and Culture Transformation Expert, Jenny excels in driving strategy through inclusive leadership for large-scale organizational transitions.

Currently a Global Managing Director at Google, Dairyko leads People Operations for Technical Services, collaborating with senior executives to create seamless people experiences through strategic restructurings, DEI initiatives, and leadership development programs. Her nearly decade-long HR leadership at Google has significantly enhanced employee engagement and positive organizational culture globally, guiding teams to help launch, market, and scale Google products and services. Committed to creating spaces for people to thrive, she has spearheaded large-scale initiatives, such as Converge, a gathering of Black Googlers, and a Centering initiative, which advanced racial equity throughout the organization.

Before joining Google, Dairyko spent over a decade at PepsiCo, where she drove customer and employee engagement through productivity initiatives and talent management as Human Resources Director for North America. During her 12 years with the global CPG company, she successfully managed significant organizational changes and talent development programs, partnering with executive teams to drive engagement through productivity initiatives, high-potential talent development, and cross-divisional collaboration. Notably, she led HR for a multi-million dollar brand acquisition, successfully integrating the new brand into the existing portfolio.

Dairyko holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she was an active member of the Women’s Track and Field Team. A proud Chicago native, she serves on the governing board of Girls on the Run-Chicago, a non-profit dedicated to inspiring young girls to be healthy and confident through a fun, experience-based curriculum that integrates running.
