Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Emerging Business for Concentrix, Miller spearheaded the Different by Design™ and Reimagining Everything CX brands, which accrued hundreds of Top Box Industry Analyst awards and distinctions and was integral in the creation and steady heartbeat of the beloved corporate culture. 

Miller was central in growing Cocentrix from $50M to $5B, leading the turnaround of two $40M+ business units to more than 38% year-on-year growth and 137% year-on-year NGOI improvement, and was essential to the successful IPO on NASDAQ, all of which increased employee retention, customer engagement, and profitable revenue growth by empowering those working for the organization while inspiring those doing business with it.

In addition to her previous 15+ years of culturally-diverse experience leading global companies in sales, new business development, marketing, communications, product development, and culture, Miller serves as an energetic Board Member for organizations such as Super Charlie Foundation and Beauty from Ashes Ranch. Her previous board work includes Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Homeward Bound, The Partnership for a Drug-Free America, and the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals.

Before her time with Concentrix, Jyllene Miller served as the Vice President of Strategy and Enterprise Development for Verizon Business Innovation Group, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development for TTEC, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Arete Sleep Health, and Vice President of Sales for Insight.

Miller completed her Bachelor of Liberal Arts at Connecticut College, where she double-majored in psychology and child development. Miller lives with her husband in Chandler, Arizona. She is an avid reader, enjoys golf, and is committed to empowering young women and helping businesses achieve exceptional results around the world.
