She is the Founder & President of Pro Sports Assembly, the association for professional sports business leaders at teams, leagues, unions and venues. Laura is also the Founder of long game ventures, a firm that guides and invests in businesses committed to making an impact through sport.

Her past accolades include serving as the head of external relations for Spurs Sports and Entertainment, leading government and public affairs, creating the social impact strategy for all franchisees and the corporate administration, and serving as council alongside the State Department on sports envoys, fellowships, and programs across the globe. She serves as Immediate Past Chair of The Texas Lyceum and serves on the national Board of Directors for the PLAYS Coalition.

She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
