Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Partnership Engagement for The Ascot Group, a global specialty insurance and reinsurance company, Gresham has established herself as a pivotal force in driving growth and development. Gresham’s expertise in relationship management and risk management further solidifies her stature as an influential leader.

In her previous role as Director and Account Executive at Willis Towers Watson, Gresham managed a multinational portfolio, delivering an impressive growth rate and demonstrating her capability in developing comprehensive risk management strategies. Her tenure was marked by her skill in negotiating deal structures and fostering client relationships, alongside her commitment to mentoring her team, enhancing their client management skills.

Prior to Willis Towers Watson, Gresham’s impactful 18-year tenure at AIG culminated in her position as Client Director, where she effectively managed a portfolio generating substantial revenue and contributed to the company’s growth. Her roles at AIG, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, were characterized by her adept management of large exposures and the development of effective credit risk management strategies. 

Gresham’s leadership acumen is further enhanced by her completion of the Level 1 Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute. This advanced training, rooted in neuroscience, has equipped her with a profound understanding of how the brain functions in contexts of motivation, learning, and change.
