In her latest role at DLA Piper, Vujko served as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, following her tenure as Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion. Here, she was instrumental in elevating the firm’s commitment to DEI, contributing to DLA Piper’s 14th consecutive perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.

Vujko’s strategic leadership is deeply rooted in her extensive background in both people management and operations. With a solid foundation of 15 years at DLA Piper and valuable experience gained during her tenure at Proven Solutions, Inc., and Wolverine Trading, she brings expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and change management, in addition to human resources, staff recruitment, and people development.
