One of the most significant moments in her career was her work on The Ford Heights Four case, which overturned the wrongful conviction of four innocent men on Death Row. Her co-authored book, “YOUR TURN: Careers, Kids, and Comebacks – A Working Mother’s Guide,” has evolved into a broader coaching resource that empowers individuals from all walks of life to challenge societal ‘norms’ and follow their aspirations. And through editorials and publications, Delo advocates for diversity and inclusion while challenging individuals to broaden their perspectives.

Currently serving as the CEO of Après, Delo leads the growth of individuals through intentional coaching, networking, and storytelling. Previously, Delo developed, founded, and led Maybrooks to a successful acquisition by Après in 2017. The platform continues to track and solve for paid leave, childcare credits, flexible work options, returnships, and other life-changing events for those re-entering the workforce.
