Driven by a steadfast belief in the transformative power of investment, Tonio Tello has spent over two decades helping individuals and emerging businesses realize their potential. By applying the principles behind successful financial investments—strategic planning, resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships—Tello empowers human capital, enabling individuals to excel.
Today, Tello guides talented individual athletes from South America in their training and development within the United States. He provides essential resources and connects athletes with financial support from growing businesses, ensuring they have the tools needed for success. Drawing from his own experiences of arriving in America with limited resources and significant athletic talent, Tello leverages the power of community to help athletes achieve greatness.
With nearly a decade of experience at top financial institutions, Tello’s career has laid a strong foundation for understanding the critical role that strategic investment plays in driving growth and creating lasting impact. As the former Fintech Capital Markets and Loan Portfolio Manager at Coastal Community Bank, he led trust-based, community-focused initiatives. His tenure as a Finance Forecast Manager sharpened his strategic financial planning skills, and his roles at HomeStreet Bank and Salal Credit Union saw him establishing and nurturing key relationships, enhancing community development and fostering innovative solutions.
Driven by a desire to create impact, Tello founded Immersus Walking Tours, an eco-friendly venture providing immersive cultural experiences in Seattle. He also played a leadership role in founding the Brewery Running Series in Washington State and contributed to community-oriented boards like the Compass Housing Alliance, further underscoring his dedication to creating positive change.
Educationally, Tello pursued an advanced leadership program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and holds a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Florida International University. His multilingual fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian enhances his ability to connect with diverse communities and lead with cultural competence.
Through roles that blend finance, community service, and athletic development, Tello has consistently demonstrated his commitment to creating impactful solutions and driving significant social change. By investing in both financial and human capital, he is transforming lives and building a legacy of empowerment and inspiration.
