As an experienced President and Chief Strategy Officer, Christine Leung is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience driving purpose-driven organizations to new heights of growth and impact. Combining her strategic acumen with a deep commitment to human-centric organizational design and development, Christine has consistently transformed institutions through sustainable processes in the face of rapid change and disruption.

As the current President of Chicago International Charter School, Christine collaboratively mobilizes departments and stakeholders around shared goals and strategies. She oversees strategic alignment across the 13-campus organization and leads the executive leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and implement priorities to improve outcomes and enhance performance for the charter school network. Formerly the CEO and Chief of Strategy and Operations, Christine successfully led values-driven change management during a leadership transition and global crisis.

Christine’s expertise extends to academia, where she serves as an Instructor in the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University. In the “Leadership in Organizations” course, she shares proprietary frameworks and best practices with graduate-level students through experiential learning design, equipping them with the tools they need to implement what they have learned in their own organizations.

With years of experience as a Strategic Implementation Consultant, Christine leverages her expertise to offer critical insights and guidance to top-level executives.

Her engagements include creating organizational improvement plans, driving strategy teams and launching new efforts. She has successfully spearheaded various initiatives throughout her career, including organizational development programs, impact measurement, strategic growth and sustainability efforts and human capital initiatives.

With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Learning & Performance, Organizational Development, and Change Management from Northwestern University, Christine’s passion for organizational excellence has informed her journey.
