As the Executive Creative Director of the iconic luxury skincare brand Erno Laszlo, Stough leads with a unique blend of creativity, conceptual thinking, and strategic insight to spearhead industry transformation. Her impact has been recognized most recently with two prestigious awards presented by Graphic Design USA in 2023. Her innovative approach to packaging, display, and merchandising impacts the customer journey from purchase point to home use.

During her pivotal roles at Revlon and Amorepacific, Stough led the conceptualization and launch of ground-breaking products, cementing her reputation as a leader with the ability to innovate. At Revlon, she executed rebranding initiatives and played a significant role in high-profile projects such as the Revlon Pop-Up Shop and the Almay Tour Bus. At Amorepacific, Stough was instrumental in introducing the South Korean beauty giant’s products to the U.S. market, leading to a substantial increase in brand engagement and visibility. In both roles, she developed brand strategies that revitalized their identities and bolstered customer loyalty. Her tenure at these organizations further demonstrates her creative prowess and strategic acumen in the beauty industry.
With a solid foundation in design and branding, Stough has honed her expertise through rigorous academic pursuits. She earned a Master of Professional Studies in Branding from the esteemed School of Visual Arts, coupled with a BFA in Graphic Design, a minor in Art History from The College of Saint Rose.
As a former member of CHIEF, she was part of a private network dedicated to nurturing and empowering female executive leaders. Additionally, her affiliations with Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) have enabled her to stay on the pulse of the latest industry trends and developments.
