As Senior Vice President of the World Fuel Services Corporation, Copeland has led the Fortune 500 company’s global transformation. With a passion for people and expertise in operations and finance, Copeland is uniquely positioned to drive the efficiencies that enable growth and effectively measure their impact.

Nikka Copeland received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Macedonia and a Master of Business Administration in finance and international business from the University of Oklahoma. Copeland also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in business and leadership at Harvard Business School. Copeland was featured in the 2014 Women Worth Watching leadership issue of the Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is also President of the Board of Directors of The Lighthouse Fund, a youth social services nonprofit organization, and a Founding Member of CHIEF–a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.
