As Vice President of Community Integration at Cresco Labs, Duncan prioritizes inclusion, justice, and sustainability through community engagement. As part of the City of Chicago’s legal team, she provided counsel on sensitive matters, including discrimination and hiring practices.

Operating with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lens, Duncan actively pursues opportunities to advance equity across industries and platforms. She is intentional in her advocacy, focused on creating opportunities that progress the representation and elevation of People of Color, women, and other marginalized groups.
