Two weeks after a Discovery Session, individuals receive a personalized report that details their Primary Leadership Type, along with their unique influences and amplifiers. This report helps individuals understand how their specific traits can be effectively applied in leadership roles.
Interactive Group Workshops are offered to introduce Leadership Types to communities, teams, or entire organizations. Following these workshops, leaders book one-on-one Discovery Sessions to explore and identify their Primary Leadership Types, enhancing their leadership approach.
